The Clinic Behind the Celebration
POV Medical Aesthetics was founded by Carissa-Lynn Sakal, an Aesthetic Nurse Injector whose approach centres on personalized care. Carissa and her team focus on consulting with each individual to produce results that enhance natural beauty. In one year, the clinic has built a loyal community of clients who trust the brand so much they tell their friends and family about it. The POV Clinic's first anniversary was an opportunity to celebrate that community and give something back to the people who helped build it.
The Photo Booth
Flash Co. set up a Print Photo Booth inside the clinic with a white seamless backdrop. The setup was intentionally clean, consistent with POV's interior aesthetic and their black and white visual identity. Additionally, for an audience that comes to POV precisely because they care about how they look and feel, we used our signature skin-perfecting Glam filter on the photos. We felt this was central to the experience and the finished deliverable. Our skin-smoothing overlay refines texture and produces a more polished, camera-ready result directly in the capture. Guests stepped in front of the camera with a loved one - either a friend, a partner or a family member, and walked away with a photo they were genuinely pleased with.
Every capture was delivered in black and white, directly aligned with POV's branding. Guests received a 4x6 branded print on the spot and instant digital access to their photo. Many shared to social media the same night and tagged the clinic, extending the reach of the celebration into POV's broader online audience.
The Element That Tied It All Together
The branded photo keychain was the activation's most deliberate detail, and its most effective one.
Each keychain was made from the guest's photo taken at the booth. Their image appeared on one side. POV clinic branding appeared on the other. The keychains are designed to attach to an existing set of keys or clip directly to a purse, which means they go wherever the guest goes.
That is not a small thing. A keychain with a photo of you and someone you care about is not something you leave behind. It travels with you. Every time a guest reaches for their keys, they see the moment they shared at the POV anniversary. They see the clinic's name. When a friend or colleague notices it, the conversation starts naturally. The clinic does not have to prompt it.
