Our most popular wedding photo booth booking option is The Ultimate Package. This package splits 3 total hours of service between cocktail hour and after dinner. You may split the 3 hours however you wish and flexible idle time is included for dinner & the formal part of your evening. This is a great option if you’d like portraits of your guests during cocktail hour and after dinner entertainment for guests when your dance floor opens.

We also offer 2,3 and 4 hour packages for after dinner service once your dance floor opens.

If you’d like a custom package, inquire! We would much rather tailor service to your event than try to fit your event into one of our packages. After all, this is your vision!

Of course. Your photos should reflect your event design aesthetic. Every package includes a custom photo design. Send us your event branding or stationary with colour hex codes and our designer will send you a proof for review and approval.

Our Styling Kits replace the standard prop box with curated accessories selected to complement your wedding aesthetic, flatter your guests, and photograph beautifully. The result is a portrait experience that feels intentional and considers your guest’s experience.

A Guestbook is a living memory from your wedding and a reminder of those who celebrated with you.

Our Guestbook Albums come in many colour options and the ability to add-on your Names & Event Date in gold foil on the cover.

If you want to DIY a Guestbook, add re-prints to your package and we’ll happily print an extra copy of guest photos for your DIY book. We recommend having a friend or family member monitor the DIY book throughout the night.

You can add a Video Guestbook to any photo booth package. Guests leave sweet video messages for you throughout service and we create a curated video guestbook for you to watch over and over again.

Arrival Time: Typically 90 minutes before our scheduled start time. Early setup can be added on to any package for a fee.

Power: A standard 3-prong outlet within 15 feet. We can provide mobile battery power if needed

Space: Generally, a 10 by 10 foot space and a ceiling height of 9 feet. We can make smaller spaces work. Inquire to chat more.

The short answer is yes, provided there is full protection from the elements. We can provide a white festival tent for coverage for a rental fee if you don’t have one. We provide a dedicated WIFI signal and mobile battery power for outdoor and tented events.

While not required, meals are always appreciated. If a meal is not provided during a scheduled idle period over meal service, staff may leave the site briefly to get food.

Flash Co.’s wedding packages range from $1600 - 3500 depending on the service and product add-ons you desire.
Once a Service Agreement and non-refundable retainer are received, your event date is confirmed. We accept credit card payments and e-transfers.
