Every Flash Co. wedding package can be elevated with a curated selection of keepsake products and custom add-ons. Guestbooks, framed portraits, matted prints, keychains, and video guestbooks are available to complement any service and reflect your desired guest experience. Each product is designed to capture your wedding memories and give guests a tangible keepsake from your celebration.

  • Of course. Your photos should reflect your event design aesthetic. Every package includes a custom photo design. Send us your event branding or stationary with colour hex codes and our designer will send you a proof for review and approval.

  • We offer Styling Kits with curated, trendy but subtle accessories. We also encourage you to forgo adding anything that takes away from offering your guests a timeless portrait. Think of a Flash Co. portrait as a wedding favour your guests will take home and frame. Nobody wants a terrible looking photo as a memento.

  • A Guestbook is a living memory from your wedding and a reminder of those who celebrated with you.
    Our Guestbooks come in many colour options and the ability to add-on your Names & Event Date in gold foil on the cover.

    If you want to DIY a Guestbook, add re-prints to your package and we’ll happily print an extra copy of guest photos for your DIY book. We recommend having a friend or family member monitor the DIY book throughout the night.

  • Arrival Time: Typically 90 minutes before our scheduled start time. Early setup can be added on to any package for a fee.

    Power: A standard 3-prong outlet within 15 feet. We can provide mobile battery power if needed

    Space: Generally, a 10 by 10 foot space and a ceiling height of 9 feet. We can make smaller spaces work. Inquire to chat more.

  • The short answer is yes, provided there is full protection from the elements. We can provide a white festival tent for coverage for a rental fee if you don’t have one. We provide a dedicated WIFI signal and mobile battery power for outdoor and tented events.

  • While not required, meals are always appreciated. If a meal is not provided during a scheduled idle period over meal service, staff may leave the site briefly to get food.

  • Inquire for availability via our contact form and let us know if you have any specific questions. We’d love to learn more about your event so we can suggest the best service possible and send a quote.

  • We’ll send an online booking link. Once a Service Agreement and non-refundable retainer are received, your event date is confirmed. We accept credit card payments, e-transfers and wire trasnfers.
