Silver Jeans: When The Product Is The Experience
How Silver Jeans turned their denim into user generated content at The Mark’s Work Wearhouse Annual Conference
The Marks Work Wearhouse annual conference brought together more than 600 attendees from across Canada for a full day of business programming, capping the evening with a hosted soiree presented by Silver Jeans Co., a flagship brand under Western Glove Works. Silver Jeans wanted the evening to feel like a celebration of Canadian denim culture, one that put their product at the centre of a shared guest experience rather than in the background.
Flash Co. was engaged directly by Silver Jeans and Western Glove Works to design and operate an activation that would give conference attendees a reason to engage, connect, and leave with something tangible tied to the brand. The result was a fully branded 360 video booth experience built entirely around the Canadian tuxedo; which is typically a pair of denim jeans, a denim top and sometimes even a denim jacket to complete the outfit. THE ACTIVATION
Flash Co. deployed a 360 video booth dressed from the platform up in Silver Jeans branding. The booth featured a full Silver Jeans vinyl wrap, and every video output was finished with an animated Silver Jeans branded outro, ensuring that every clip shared or downloaded carried consistent brand presence beyond the event floor. Video delivery was handled through a branded microsite, giving guests a clean, on-brand experience at every touchpoint from capture to content retrieval.
The product integration was direct and intentional. Each conference attendee received a Silver Jeans denim item to keep and was encouraged to wear their new piece in the 360 booth, showing it off on camera. Flash Co. team members were also outfitted in Silver Jeans apparel, reinforcing the theme across every point of guest contact and creating a cohesive, fully committed brand environment throughout the evening.
Flash Co. managed the activation independently from setup through close, requiring minimal oversight from the Silver Jeans team. This allowed Silver Jeans and their event leads to focus on hosting, confident that the booth was performing without operational interruption.
THE RESULTS
Four hours of operation, the 360 booth generated strong, consistent engagement across a 600-plus attendee event.

A download rate of 322 from 605 views reflects a high-intent audience. Guests were not simply watching their clips; they were saving them. That level of content retention translates directly into post-event brand visibility as clips are shared, reviewed, and stored on personal devices. On-the-floor sentiment reinforced the numbers, with guests engaging enthusiastically throughout the evening and the denim theme creating a natural, low-friction entry point into the booth experience.

WHY IT WORKED
The activation succeeded because every element served a clear purpose. The product gift created participation buy-in before the booth was even approached. Guests arrived at the activation already wearing a Silver Jeans item, making the content feel personal and the brand integration feel earned rather than forced.
The Silver Jeans branding applied across the physical booth, the animated video outro, and the delivery microsite created a coherent experience that extended well past the event itself. Every video downloaded continued to work on behalf of the brand in the post-event window without any additional effort.
Operating in full alignment with the event's tone and independently from the client team, Flash Co. delivered an activation that required nothing beyond the initial brief. That kind of structured, low-friction execution is what allows event leads to stay focused on the room, with confidence that the activation is performing as designed.
